In order to enhance DoD’s capabilities and efforts in electronics densification and 3D electronics, Flint Hills Solutions is leading an effort to place advanced miniaturization technology in Kansas. FHS, a Kansas based technology development company, is leading an effort to install miniaturization technology, research development, and advanced prototyping utilizing industry-standard equipment capable of assembling a variety of semiconductor package types. The AAMP program will phase in the miniaturization capability as shown below.
